A: Yes, and we understand these situations can be emotionally sensitive. Our team works respectfully and carefully through estate cleanouts, giving you the space you need while we handle the hard work.
Q: What items can you NOT take?
A: We cannot remove hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires, Freon-containing appliances (certain AC units and refrigerators), or medical/biohazard waste. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask when you contact us.
Q: How big of a job can you handle?
A: From a single room cleanout to a whole-house or commercial property cleanout — we can handle it. We scale our crew and equipment to the size of your job.
Q: How is your pricing determined?
A: Our pricing is based on the volume of items to be removed (how much space they take up in our truck), the type of items, and the location. We provide a free on-site or phone quote before any work begins.
Q: Do I need to sort or bag anything before you arrive?
A: Nope! We take things as-is. You don't need to sort, bag, box, or prepare anything in advance. Just show us what needs to go.
